Beginning Mandarin Chinese

This course will provide an introduction to conversational Mandarin Chinese. It is for students who have no Chinese or very little Chinese background and hope to learn basic conversations and short sentences appliable in daily life and business activities. In six weeks, students will learn common sentences and phrases from daily life for use in dining, shopping, timekeeping, and introducing themselves. Students will also learn Chinese cultures and social customs during the course. (1 credit hour)
 

Cost is $250 (does not include textbook)

Course Dates:
Six Weeks, 7-9 p.m. on Tuesdays
January 31, February 7, 14, 21, 28, and March 13.
