Governance

Administration, Board of Trustees,
and Academic Advisory Board

Holy Spirit College is governed by a self-perpetuating Board of Trustees that oversees all activities of the College. In accordance with the bylaws of the College, the Board of Trustees is composed of members of the Catholic Church committed to its Magisterium. This Board guides the development of the institution, takes responsibility for its programs, and delegates to individual officers or groups authority to formulate policies and procedures affecting the operations and academic affairs of the College, often seeking the input of its administrators on matters relating to the institution. On the recommendation of the faculty and administrators of the College, the Board confirms and awards all academic degrees and honors.
