Graduate Tuition
The charge for a graduate level course at
Holy Spirit College is $493.75 per credit hour.
Dining for Students
Dining at Holy Spirit College provides an opportunity to take a break and converse with fellow students. Space is provided that allows the Holy Spirit College community to share events, what they have learned, and enjoy one another's company. As part of the full-time tuition, both breakfast and lunch are provided for students Monday through Thursday. A monthly calendar provides a menu of options for daily lunch. In addition, the Commons Room is furnished with small refrigerators, microwave ovens, and counter for food preparation.
Extending the invitation for the community to come together, on scheduled Sunday's, at the conclusion of the 11:30 am Mass at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, a faculty hosted Fellowship Lunch is offered for Holy Spirit College students.
Withdrawal and
Refund Policy
It is the student’s responsibility to notify formally the Office
of Academic Records and to follow
proper procedures when withdrawing from Holy Spirit College.
Failure to pay fees or failure to attend class, does NOT
constitute an official withdrawal from Holy Spirit College. An
official withdrawal form must be completed by the student,
dated, and signed by all the Provost, Dean of Students, and
Office of Academic Records. If a student is dismissed or
suspended by Holy Spirit College for due cause, he/she will not
be entitled to a refund.
Students are eligible for a refund of tuition, fees, and room
and board charges if they officially withdraw from the course
according to the following schedule:
During the
1st week of classes
100% refund to student
During the
2nd week of classes
75% refund to student
During the
3rd week of classes
50% refund to student
During the
4th week of classes
25% refund to student
During the
5th week of classes
0% refund to student
No refunds will be granted after the 5th week of classes. Refund
requests for medical or other hardship reasons will be reviewed
on a case-by-case basis by the Dean of Students.
